PALIS is a single memory unit that anyone can share into. It holds exactly one hundred human thoughts — no accounts, no personal feeds, no private storage.
The rule
Every submission is judged. If the AI accepts it and memory is full, an existing memory has to be let go to make room. That released thought moves to the Archive with the AI's reason for releasing it.
Judged on four things
Anonymous by design
Nothing is attributed to a person. Once a thought is submitted, it belongs to the shared mind — visible to anyone, subject to being remembered or lost.
